What is the process for reserving an inflatable bounce house or machine?
Please call us for all your reservation needs -903-327-4606! We will need a phone number, email address, location of the party or event, and ask you questions regarding your rental to make sure we have all the correct information. We will email you our rental agreement along with a complete invoice to make sure there are no surprises. We will bring a hard copy of all these documents on the day of the event, so you don't have to fill them out or send them back to us. This is just for your information. We will email you one week before your event to make sure there is no changes and we are ready! Then we will call you the day before your celebration to confirm everything up for a successful event! We will take payment at the time of set up and documents have been signed. When your party is almost over call us. We will come back and pick up your equipment rental. We will clean the inflatable units on site. We don't ever want to put away the units dirty!
What type of payment do you take?
We accept cash or credit card. We can take your payment over the phone or at the time of delivery.
How far in advance do we need to make a reservation?
As soon as you know you want to rent a bounce house or machine. We book up really fast and we want to make sure we can accommodate you!
Does the price include delivery, setup, and tear down?
Do I need to supply power?
Yes. Our inflatables plug in to a normal outlet. All units need to be within 20ft of an outlet. We will provide extension cords if needed. If you do not have a power supply, you will need to rent our generator.
Can you set up in a park?
How long can I keep my rental?
Our units are rented for a two hour period dry and water slides are an all day rental. If they are not rented out, we will work with you on your party length. You can rent them longer for additional charge.
Can I pick up the rental
No, our insurance policy requires us to deliver and set up for your safety.
Do you require a deposit?
No, we take payment at the time of set up. If you have to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes. We do charge a delivery fee if you are outside of area. Our delivery are is a 30 mile radius from Pottsboro, TX. We charge $30.00 for 31-45 miles and $60.00 for 45-60 miles. If it is further than that, we will provide you a quote at the time of the booking.
Are you guys Insured?
Yes, in fact, it is illegal in Texas to rent inflatables without state inspections and insurance. Unfortunately, there are tons of companies out there that ignore your safety (and the law) and rent inflatable bounce houses without insurance or inspections. If you chose not to rent from us please make sure that whoever you rent from has your safety as a priority!
What does my set up area need to look like?
We need a flat area-not slopes. It needs to be clean with an outlet within 20ft of the blower or if an outlet is not available, you will need to rent a generator. Please clean the area and look for twigs, rocks,or pet waste before we get there. We will not be able to set up in a unsanitary area.
Can you set up on concrete or in a building?
Yes! Instead of securing the units down in the ground, we will use sand bags. Please let us know at the time of your reservation, so we can make sure we bring the right things to secure your rental.
Do we have to have it plugged in all the time?
Yes, the blower keeps the air in the inflatable. Once unplugged the unit will deflate.
We've rented some really dirty bounce houses from other companies. Are the all like that?
No! Bounce houses or slides are required to be cleaned after each use. If you follow a strict cleaning schedule, then they will look brand new!
